Salary Range: $65,000 - $98,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metric tracking.
• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.
• Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on business performance.
• Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance and cost control.
• Evaluate capital expenditure requests and conduct post-implementation reviews.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial functions).
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and business intelligence tools.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with SAP or other major ERP systems
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies
• Familiarity with product costing and inventory valuation in a manufacturing context
• Ability to develop and maintain financial models for production forecasting and capacity planning
