Continuous Improvement Manager | Allegan, MI

Salary Range: $95,000 - $142,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Allegan that are seeking skilled Continuous Improvement Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CI strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities across manufacturing operations.
• Drive sustainable change through the application of problem-solving tools and techniques.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track improvement progress.
• Facilitate training and coaching sessions on continuous improvement principles.
• Collaborate with leadership to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing continuous improvement projects that deliver measurable results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and change management skills.
