Salary Range: $91,000 - $138,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Drives the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies across manufacturing operations.
• Facilitates Kaizen events and workshops to identify and eliminate waste.
• Leads cross-functional teams to analyze processes, identify root causes, and develop solutions.
• Develops and delivers training programs on continuous improvement tools and principles.
• Establishes and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) to track improvement progress and sustain gains.
• Collaborates with department managers to embed a culture of continuous improvement.
• Identifies and evaluates new technologies and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing continuous improvement projects that deliver measurable results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and change management skills.
