Salary Range: $86,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies across manufacturing operations.
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams in problem-solving and process improvement initiatives.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for waste reduction, cost savings, and efficiency gains.
• Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement tools and principles.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and sustain improvements.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, fostering engagement and a problem-solving mindset.
• Conduct regular process audits to ensure adherence to standard work and identify further improvement areas.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Demonstrated success in leading and implementing significant CI projects with measurable results.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and data-driven problem-solving methodologies.
• Strong leadership and change management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification
• Experience with AI-driven process optimization tools
• Demonstrated success in implementing Industry 4.0 solutions
• Background in advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling
• Familiarity with a variety of manufacturing processes (e.g., discrete, batch, continuous)
