Salary Range: $83,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of Lean methodologies and tools across manufacturing operations.
• Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and executing process improvement projects.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and workshops to achieve measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement principles and practices.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and sustain improvements.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and waste reduction throughout the organization.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience with various CI methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, SPC).
• Proven ability to drive cultural change and deliver measurable results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
• Experience with change management methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop junior CI practitioners.
• Experience in a multi-site or global manufacturing environment.
