Salary Range: $88,000 - $134,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate lean manufacturing events (Kaizen, VSM) to drive process improvements.
• Develop and implement standardized work procedures across manufacturing operations.
• Mentor and train employees at all levels on continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, waste, and opportunities for efficiency gains.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, fostering employee engagement and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate improvement projects with business objectives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (or equivalent demonstrated expertise).
• Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing CI projects that delivered measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical methods.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
• Experience with AI-driven process optimization tools.
• Proficiency in advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop CI talent across an organization.
• Experience in leading cultural change initiatives related to continuous improvement.
