Salary Range: $89,000 - $135,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Portage seeking Continuous Improvement Leaders who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies across manufacturing operations.
• Lead and facilitate Kaizen events and workshops to drive process improvements.
• Mentor and coach teams on Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
• Analyze manufacturing data to identify areas for waste reduction and efficiency gains.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed a culture of continuous improvement.
• Standardize best practices and ensure their consistent application throughout the organization.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping).
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
• Proven ability to drive cultural change and achieve measurable results through CI programs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience with AI/ML-driven process optimization.
• Proficiency in advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, R, Python).
• Demonstrated success in implementing Industry 4.0 solutions.
