Salary Range: $47,000 - $67,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, orders, and delivery schedules.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using internal systems.

Recommended Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing or a related technical field
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and product specifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with CRM software specific to manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Familiarity with common manufacturing terms and processes.
- Ability to read and interpret basic technical documents (e.g., product specifications, work orders).
- Experience troubleshooting minor technical issues related to manufactured products.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing plant or production environment.
