Salary Range: $69,000 - $103,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Cadillac that are seeking Demand Planners. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts for a portfolio of products.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to gather market intelligence.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to refine forecasts.
• Monitor inventory levels and work with production planning to optimize stock.
• Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks and disruptions.
• Utilize demand planning software and statistical models to improve forecast accuracy.
• Report on key demand planning metrics and performance indicators.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in demand planning or forecasting within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to use statistical forecasting methods and software (e.g., SAP APO, Kinaxis, Anaplan).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
