Salary Range: $64,000 - $97,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Spring Lake seeking Demand Planners who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts for a portfolio of products.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to refine forecasts.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development to gather market intelligence and understand product lifecycles.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and identify root causes of significant variances.
• Partner with supply chain and production planning to ensure alignment between demand and supply plans.
• Utilize statistical forecasting models and software to generate baseline forecasts.
• Participate in S&OP meetings, presenting demand forecasts and outlining key assumptions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in demand planning or forecasting within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in demand planning software (e.g., SAP IBP, Oracle Demantra, Kinaxis) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification
• Experience with a specific ERP system (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, O9)
• Proficiency in a data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher
• Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis
