Salary Range: $65,000 - $98,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing costs, including labor, material, and overhead.
• Develop and maintain standard costs for all products and processes.
• Prepare detailed cost reports and present findings to management.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Support the annual budget process by providing cost forecasts and analysis.
• Assist in the valuation of inventory and cost of goods sold.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and cost control.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
• CPA or CMA certification preferred.
