Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Kentwood seeking Customer Service Representatives who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, orders, and delivery schedules.
• Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to provide customers with accurate lead times and shipping information.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, shipping errors, and billing discrepancies.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Provide customers with technical support and product information for manufactured goods.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn and understand technical product information
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes or product lifecycle
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents or blueprints
• Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., CX, conflict resolution)
• Multilingual proficiency, especially in languages common in manufacturing supply chains
