Salary Range: $56,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are partnering with organizations in Holland that are seeking CMM Programmers. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and validate CMM programs for complex manufactured parts.
- Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T specifications, and CAD models to create inspection routines.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing CMM programs to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Perform first article inspections and provide detailed reports on part conformance.
- Collaborate with quality, engineering, and production teams to resolve measurement issues.
- Maintain and calibrate CMM equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Document CMM programs, inspection procedures, and measurement results.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proficient in PC-DMIS software, including offline programming and online measurement.
- Strong understanding of GD&T principles and their application in inspection.
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and 3D models.
- Experience with various CMM probing systems and their calibration.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and debug CMM programs.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA) beyond basic model viewing.
- Proficiency in a secondary CMM software (e.g., Calypso, Modus) or offline programming tools.
- Metrology certification (e.g., ASQ CQT, CMfgT) or advanced GD&T training.
- Scripting or programming experience (e.g., Python, VBA) for automation or data analysis.
