Salary Range: $55,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Hart that are seeking skilled CMM Programmers. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and debug CMM programs for complex manufactured parts.
- Collaborate with quality and manufacturing engineers to optimize inspection processes.
- Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T specifications, and CAD models to create accurate measurement routines.
- Perform first article inspections and validate CMM program accuracy against design specifications.
- Maintain and update existing CMM programs to reflect engineering changes and process improvements.
- Troubleshoot CMM equipment and program issues, recommending corrective actions.
- Document CMM program parameters, setups, and inspection results according to quality standards.
Recommended Qualifications
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with CAD software for model-based definition (MBD) or Product and Manufacturing Information (PMI) data.
- Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and its application in manufacturing.
- Ability to perform basic maintenance and calibration checks on CMM equipment.
- Experience with other metrology equipment (e.g., optical comparators, laser scanners).
