Salary Range: $59,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the daily activities of assembly line workers.
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met consistently.
• Train new employees on assembly procedures, safety protocols, and quality control.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and process issues to minimize downtime.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and company policies on the production floor.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to team members.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance, to optimize production flow.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing assembly, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop a team.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on safety and quality.
