Salary Range: $61,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of assembly line workers.
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met consistently.
• Train new employees on assembly procedures, safety protocols, and quality control.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues or production line disruptions.
• Monitor inventory levels of components and raw materials to prevent shortages.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and company policies on the production floor.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback to assembly team members.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing assembly, including at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve production targets and quality standards.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to implement effective solutions in a fast-paced production environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
