Salary Range: $48,000 - $68,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Wayland seeking Bookkeepers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing customers and monitoring collections.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts monthly.
• Prepare and post journal entries to maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits.
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations.
