Salary Range: $57,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Coopersville seeking Recruiters who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for manufacturing roles.
• Source and attract top-tier talent for a variety of skilled trades, engineering, and production management positions within a manufacturing environment.
• Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including offer negotiation, background checks, and onboarding for manufacturing hires.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to maintain accurate candidate records and track recruitment metrics.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical manufacturing roles.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to continuously improve recruitment processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to source and attract top talent for a variety of skilled trades and professional roles within manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, roles, and industry-specific challenges.
• Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with an ATS beyond basic data entry, including report generation and system optimization.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and their application in talent acquisition.
• Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates in highly specialized or niche manufacturing fields.
• Proficiency in a second language, particularly Spanish, to support a diverse workforce.
