Salary Range: $54,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for manufacturing roles.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of production, engineering, and skilled trades positions.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial requisition to offer extension and onboarding support.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to track progress and maintain accurate candidate data.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future manufacturing openings.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent in a competitive manufacturing market.
• Conduct thorough reference checks and background screenings in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to ensure a positive candidate experience and strong employer brand.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit for a diverse range of manufacturing roles, including production, engineering, quality, and management.
• Proven experience with various sourcing strategies beyond job boards, such as direct outreach, networking, and talent mapping.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, terminology, and industry-specific skill sets.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
