Salary Range: $51,000 - $78,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in St. Johns that are seeking skilled Recruiters. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source and screen candidates for a variety of manufacturing roles, including production, maintenance, and engineering.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate contact to offer extension and onboarding support.
• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS, job boards, and social media, to attract top talent.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a positive candidate experience and smooth onboarding process.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in manufacturing recruitment.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing roles (e.g., engineers, production, quality).
• Proven ability to source and attract passive candidates in a competitive market.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, terminology, and industry-specific skill sets.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with an ATS beyond basic data entry, such as workflow optimization or custom reporting.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and their application to talent acquisition processes.
• Certifications in HR analytics or workforce planning.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with vocational schools or trade programs.
