Salary Range: $50,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Portage region seeking Recruiters. These employers partner with us because they want real insight into candidates—not just resumes. By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various manufacturing roles, including production, engineering, and quality.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to track and manage candidate flow.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct pre-employment checks, including background checks and drug screens, in compliance with company policy and regulations.
• Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to promote company brand and attract talent.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to recruit for a wide range of roles, from shop floor to engineering and management
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry-specific skill sets
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies
• Demonstrated success in sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with a major ATS (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors) beyond basic data entry.
• Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates in highly specialized technical fields.
• Familiarity with OFCCP compliance and affirmative action plans.
• Prior experience recruiting for skilled trades (e.g., electricians, machinists, welders).
