Quality Technician | Holt, MI

Salary Range: $42,000 - $65,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Holt that are seeking skilled Quality Technicians. These organizations are dedicated to maintaining high standards and are looking for professionals who can contribute effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-process and final product inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conforming products.
• Maintain and calibrate quality control equipment and testing instruments.
• Document and report quality data, including inspection results and defect trends.
• Assist in the development and revision of quality procedures and work instructions.
• Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years experience in a manufacturing quality role
• Proficient in using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
• Familiarity with quality control systems and methodologies (e.g., SPC, Lean, Six Sigma)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
