Salary Range: $83,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies.
  • Analyze equipment failures and develop root cause analysis (RCA) solutions.
  • Optimize preventive maintenance (PM) programs and schedules.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives for asset reliability.
  • Conduct criticality assessments and develop asset management strategies.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to improve equipment performance.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify trends and improve reliability metrics.
  • Implement and manage computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) data for reliability.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or similar).
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, focusing on reliability engineering principles.
  • Proficiency in reliability analysis techniques (e.g., FMEA, RCA, RCM, Weibull analysis).
  • Strong understanding of CMMS/EAM systems and their application in maintenance and reliability.
  • Experience with predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with Python or other scripting languages for data analysis and automation.
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
  • Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) certification.
  • Experience with condition monitoring technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
  • Working knowledge of CMMS/EAM systems (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, Infor EAM).
