Salary Range: $91,000 - $138,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing carrying costs.
• Negotiate contracts and build relationships with key suppliers to secure favorable terms.
• Oversee logistics, warehousing, and transportation activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Implement and manage supply chain risk mitigation plans.
• Utilize data analytics to identify areas for improvement and drive supply chain performance.
• Collaborate with production, sales, and engineering teams to forecast demand and align supply.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for supply chain planning and execution
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and their application to supply chain optimization
• Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts
• Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is a plus

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with an ERP implementation or upgrade
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt)
• Proficiency in a data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Fluency in a second language relevant to global supply chains (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish, German)
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP)
