Salary Range: $77,000 - $114,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Wyoming that are seeking skilled Test Engineers. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement test plans and procedures for manufacturing processes and products.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to identify and resolve product and process issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis of failures and provide corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and fixtures.
• Analyze test data and generate reports to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Ensure test equipment is calibrated and maintained according to specifications.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in test engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing automated test systems using languages like Python, C++, or LabVIEW.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control methodologies, and industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Experience with data acquisition, analysis, and statistical process control (SPC) tools.
