Salary Range: $61,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities, ensuring efficiency and adherence to schedules.
• Supervise, train, and mentor production line personnel, fostering a high-performance team.
• Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions to meet established standards.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a secure working environment in compliance with regulations.
• Optimize production processes to minimize waste and improve operational effectiveness.
• Prepare and analyze production reports, identifying trends and recommending improvements.
• Coordinate with other departments such as maintenance and quality control to resolve production issues.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a production team to achieve targets
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team and cross-functional collaboration

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
• Strong record of developing and mentoring team members
• Bilingual in Spanish or another relevant language
