Salary Range: $60,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce safety protocols and quality standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing Technology) or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to implement and manage Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).
• Strong understanding of production scheduling, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
• Bilingual in Spanish or another relevant language
