Salary Range: $58,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate production line personnel.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material flow to production lines.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Generate production reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing production, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve production targets.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience with production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Operations Management) or equivalent practical experience.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab)
• Bilingual (especially Spanish)
