Salary Range: $76,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Hart that are seeking Process Engineers. Key Responsibilities

  • Designs, implements, and optimizes manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Conducts root cause analysis and develops corrective actions for process deviations and quality issues.
  • Develops and maintains process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
  • Implements and monitors process control strategies to ensure product quality and consistency.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate new products and technologies into existing manufacturing lines.
  • Utilizes statistical process control (SPC) and other data analysis tools to identify process improvements.
  • Provides technical support and training to production personnel on new and existing processes.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies (e.g., Green Belt certification) for process optimization and waste reduction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience utilizing statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis tools.
  • Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II) and CAD software.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing process improvements, leading to measurable gains in efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (or higher)
  • Experience with simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic)
  • Proficiency in a scripting language (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis
  • Familiarity with SQL for data extraction and manipulation
  • Experience with SCADA or MES systems
