Salary Range: $86,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production schedules and resource allocation to meet manufacturing targets.
• Manage and mentor shop floor personnel, including performance reviews and training.

• Monitor quality control processes and implement corrective actions to maintain product standards.
• Optimize production workflows and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in manufacturing shop floor management.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of skilled technicians.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with production planning, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure safety compliance and foster a culture of workplace safety.
• Technical proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and understanding production processes.
