Salary Range: $66,000 - $99,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Whitehall seeking Shop Foremans who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the manufacturing shop floor.
• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of skilled technicians and production staff.
• Ensure efficient workflow, optimal resource allocation, and adherence to production schedules.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and resolve production issues promptly.
• Collaborate with engineering and management to optimize processes and improve product quality.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to read, interpret, and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Demonstrated expertise in operating and maintaining various manufacturing machinery and hand tools.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality control standards in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles
• Proficiency in CAD software for design review
• Certification in a skilled trade (e.g., welding, machining)
• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor junior technicians
