Salary Range: $66,000 - $99,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We partner with manufacturers across Whitehall seeking Shop Foremans who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the manufacturing shop floor.
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of skilled technicians and production staff.
- Ensure efficient workflow, optimal resource allocation, and adherence to production schedules.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control standards.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and resolve production issues promptly.
- Collaborate with engineering and management to optimize processes and improve product quality.
Recommended Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven ability to read, interpret, and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Demonstrated expertise in operating and maintaining various manufacturing machinery and hand tools.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality control standards in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles
- Proficiency in CAD software for design review
- Certification in a skilled trade (e.g., welding, machining)
- Demonstrated ability to train and mentor junior technicians
