Salary Range: $64,000 - $97,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Holt that are seeking Shop Foremans. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop operations and production schedules.
• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of manufacturing technicians.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage equipment maintenance and procure necessary materials.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering and management on project execution.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a manufacturing shop environment
• 2+ years experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Proven ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and safety regulations
• Experience with preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery
