Salary Range: $55,000 - $79,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Lead and train a team of shipping and receiving clerks, fostering a productive work environment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics departments to optimize material flow.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies for material handling.
• Operate and maintain various material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Implement and continuously improve shipping and receiving processes to enhance efficiency.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with an ERP system for inventory management and transaction processing.
• Forklift certification and experience operating various material handling equipment.
• Basic understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) for data entry, reporting, and communication.
