Salary Range: $94,000 - $141,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex Six Sigma projects from conception to completion within manufacturing.
• Mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members on Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
• Analyze manufacturing processes and data to identify root causes of defects and inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement sustainable solutions to improve quality, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Drive cultural change by promoting a data-driven problem-solving approach across the organization.
• Present project updates, results, and recommendations to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and train Green Belts and Yellow Belts.
• Familiarity with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, R).
• Strong project management skills, including the use of project management software.
