Salary Range: $87,000 - $133,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Caledonia that are seeking skilled Six Sigma Black Belts. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex Six Sigma Black Belt projects from inception to completion, delivering significant cost savings and process improvements.
• Mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members on Six Sigma methodologies, tools, and project execution.
• Utilize advanced statistical analysis to identify root causes of defects and variation, and develop sustainable solutions.
• Drive cultural change by promoting a data-driven problem-solving approach across manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure successful integration into daily operations.
• Develop and deliver training programs on Six Sigma principles and tools to build internal capability.
• Monitor and report on the progress and impact of Six Sigma projects to stakeholders and leadership.

Recommended Qualifications

• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) with demonstrated project leadership.
• Minimum 5 years of experience applying Six Sigma methodologies in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of delivering significant cost savings or process improvements through Black Belt projects.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) and advanced Excel.
• Strong understanding of Lean principles and their integration with Six Sigma.
• Experience mentoring Green Belts and leading cross-functional teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
• Experience with statistical software packages (e.g., Minitab, JMP, R, Python).
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop Green Belts and other team members.
• Strong project management skills, including experience with project management software.
