Salary Range: $73,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Mason that are seeking skilled Quality Engineers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans.
• Conduct root cause analysis of defects and implement corrective actions.
• Utilize statistical process control (SPC) to monitor and improve product quality.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure product manufacturability and quality.
• Perform internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Manage and resolve customer complaints related to product quality.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field
• 3+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and industry standards
• Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, FMEA)
• Experience with metrology, inspection techniques, and quality tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMM)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications

Bonus Qualifications

• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification.
• Experience with statistical software packages (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Familiarity with Minitab or other statistical analysis software.
