Salary Range: $84,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.
• Manage supplier relationships, including performance evaluation, contract negotiation, and dispute resolution.
• Oversee inventory levels and procurement processes to ensure timely availability of materials and minimize stockouts.
• Lead and mentor a team of purchasing agents and buyers, fostering their professional development.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality departments to align purchasing activities with operational needs.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including market fluctuations and geopolitical events.
