Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Manistee that are seeking Project Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver manufacturing initiatives on time and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage stakeholder communication and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate design reviews, process improvements, and validation activities for new products or processes.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and manufacturing best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management methodology expertise (e.g., Agile, Lean).
• 5+ years of experience managing projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects with budgets exceeding $500K.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control principles.

Bonus Qualifications

• PMP certification or equivalent
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)
• Familiarity with automation and Industry 4.0 concepts
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira)
