Salary Range: $46,000 - $66,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and record incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Prepare and package outgoing finished goods for shipment, ensuring accuracy and damage prevention.
• Load and unload trucks using appropriate material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack).
• Maintain organized inventory of raw materials, finished goods, and shipping supplies within the warehouse.
• Generate shipping labels, bills of lading, and other required documentation for outgoing shipments.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory to ensure accuracy.
• Operate manufacturing execution systems (MES) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software for inventory tracking.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Proficient in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Experience with inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience operating a forklift with valid certification.
• Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and 5S methodology.
• Ability to perform basic data entry and maintain accurate digital records.
