Salary Range: $46,000 - $71,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in DeWitt that are seeking Setup Technicians. Key Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical setup of manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions during setup.
• Conduct calibration and alignment of machinery to specifications.
• Document setup procedures and equipment configurations accurately.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to optimize setup processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the setup area.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Basic computer skills for data entry and machine interface

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles
