Salary Range: $56,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of robotic systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and software issues in industrial robots.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and execute planned maintenance tasks.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new robotic equipment.
• Optimize robot performance and programming for manufacturing efficiency.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and system modifications.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in industrial robotics maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, mechanical diagrams, and robotic programming logic.
• Demonstrated ability to program, teach, and calibrate industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB, Yaskawa).
• Strong understanding of PLC integration with robotic systems.
• Experience with vision systems and their application in robotic work cells.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence)
• Familiarity with PLCs and HMIs (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens)
• Proficiency in a programming language (e.g., Python, C++)
• Certification in robotics or industrial automation
• Experience with collaborative robots (cobots)
