Salary Range: $67,000 - $96,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Quality Control team, including training, performance reviews, and scheduling.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct root cause analysis for non-conforming products and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor and analyze production processes and product quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Lead internal and external audits, ensuring all quality documentation and processes are up-to-date and accurately recorded.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage the calibration and maintenance of all quality inspection equipment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership experience, including supervising and mentoring a team of quality professionals.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and relevant quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
