Salary Range: $77,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring fairness and competitiveness.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts for both production and professional roles.
- Champion a positive and safe work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure regulatory compliance for all HR functions within the manufacturing setting.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA, FLSA, OSHA).
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives in a manufacturing setting.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with HRIS implementation and optimization
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification
- Proven track record in talent development and succession planning
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and their application to HR
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin) to support a diverse workforce
