Salary Range: $78,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Walker that are seeking skilled HR Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with manufacturing goals.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention for a diverse manufacturing workforce.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and safety regulations relevant to manufacturing.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing.
• Lead performance management processes and talent development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management.
• Champion a positive and productive work culture within the factory.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management role within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state labor laws and HR best practices relevant to manufacturing.
• Proven experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and compensation within a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and their HR implications in a production environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• SHRM-SCP certification
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
• Familiarity with a specific HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
• Multilingual, particularly Spanish
