Salary Range: $60,000 - $92,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Cadillac seeking Industrial Electricians who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Installs, maintains, and repairs electrical systems, equipment, and components.
• Troubleshoots and diagnoses electrical problems using various testing devices.
• Performs preventative maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
• Reads and interprets blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Adheres to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Calibrates and tests electrical control systems and instrumentation.

Recommended Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician certification or equivalent.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and motor control systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex electrical systems and machinery.
• Ability to work with voltages up to 480V and perform Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with robotics and automated manufacturing systems.
• PLC programming proficiency beyond basic troubleshooting (e.g., ladder logic development, HMI integration).
• Arc flash safety training and experience implementing lockout/tagout procedures.
• Certification in a specialized electrical field (e.g., thermography, power quality analysis).
• Experience with vision systems for quality control and process automation.
