Salary Range: $58,000 - $90,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Caledonia that are seeking skilled Industrial Electricians. These organizations are dedicated to maintaining high standards and are looking for professionals who can contribute effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Installs, maintains, and repairs electrical systems and components in a manufacturing environment.
• Troubleshoots and diagnoses electrical malfunctions using various testing devices.
• Performs preventative maintenance on electrical equipment to ensure optimal operation.
• Reads and interprets electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Adheres to all safety regulations and company policies, including Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Collaborates with engineers and other technicians to optimize electrical systems and processes.
• Calibrates and adjusts electrical equipment to meet specified performance standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician certification or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in industrial electrical systems and controls.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Strong understanding of PLC programming, troubleshooting, and HMI interfaces.
• Experience with variable frequency drives (VFDs) and motor control centers (MCCs).
• Knowledge of NFPA 70E safety standards and arc flash mitigation practices.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
• Familiarity with robotic systems and their electrical components.
• Certification in a specialized area such as thermography, power quality analysis, or arc flash safety.
• Proficiency in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
