Salary Range: $82,000 - $117,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IATF 16949 compliant quality management systems.
• Lead APQP activities including FMEA, Control Plans, and PPAP submissions.
• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure adherence to IATF 16949 standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using core quality tools (8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa).
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product launches and process changes.
• Manage supplier quality performance and ensure compliance with IATF requirements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in IATF 16949 standards and their practical application.
• Strong knowledge of core quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC.
• Certified Internal Auditor for IATF 16949 is highly preferred.
• Experience with problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams).
