Salary Range: $48,000 - $79,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency repairs.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years experience in industrial maintenance
• Proficiency in reading schematics and blueprints
• Strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V
• Experience with PLCs and automation systems

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
• Familiarity with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Certification in a specialized trade (e.g., welding, HVAC, electrical)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
