Salary Range: $74,000 - $113,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Mason seeking Manufacturing Engineers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and optimizes manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Troubleshoots production issues and implements corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Develops and maintains manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flows, and quality control plans.
• Implements and monitors process control measures to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Collaborates with R&D, Quality, and Production teams to facilitate new product introductions and process improvements.
• Conducts root cause analysis for defects and non-conformances, implementing robust preventative measures.
• Evaluates and recommends new manufacturing technologies, equipment, and materials.
• Leads continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a discrete manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for design and analysis of manufacturing processes and tooling.
• Experience with process documentation, including creating work instructions, process flow diagrams, and control plans.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot manufacturing issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
