Salary Range: $71,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
• Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues.
• Develop and execute process validation plans, including IQ, OQ, and PQ.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement.
• Select, justify, and implement new manufacturing equipment and technologies.
• Create and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and process specifications.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on process improvement and optimization.
• Proficient in Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including machining, assembly, fabrication, and automation.
• Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to complex manufacturing challenges.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with SolidWorks or other CAD software.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, VBA) for data analysis or automation.
• Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM).
